Craig is an Accredited Counselling Psychotherapist and Supervisor with a wealth of experience in private practice, corporate settings, and organisations such as Aware and Pieta House. He specialises in adult psychotherapy, supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, bereavement, stress, trauma, disconnection, and relationship issues.

Craig is known for his approachable and adaptable style, customising therapy to meet each client’s unique needs. He is registered with the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and is trained in various evidence-based modalities, including psychodynamic, humanistic/person-centred, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), schema therapy, EMDR, and dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT).

In addition to his clinical practice, Craig lectures on BSc and MA programs at IICP College and PCI College, and facilitates the "Living Well with Bipolar" program for Aware. His dedication to improving mental health extends to his past role on the Board of Directors for Mensaid, where he focused on helping clients manage emotional dysregulation and address negative core beliefs rooted in childhood.
